On April 2, Paracelsus Games is putting together a run of The Dance and the Dawn, our first and most successful game. If you'd like to get a taste of the theatrical-experience medium -- or if you'd just like to play your part in a strange, beautiful fairy tale -- then pick up a ticket and come join us.
This event is free to the public, thanks to the generosity of the New York Public Library.
The game will take place at the Bronx Library Center, on Saturday, Apr. 2. It will begin at 4:30 PM, and go until 9PM or thereabouts.
The Dance and the Dawn tells the tale of six beautiful Ladies who came to the court of the Queen of Ice for a midnight ball, and there danced with seven noble Lords, all in pursuit of the True Love that could heal their hearts. It lasts four to five hours, which will be taken up with dancing and dueling and courtly intrigue...and, of course, with the eternal hope of romance and joy.
(Those who have played in the Dreams of Ice and Ash version of the game are welcome to sign up and enjoy the classic cast of characters.)
